COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. This competition is conducted in accordance with the provisions of section 54 of the Lotteries Act, 1997, as amended.

2. By entering into this competition, entrants agree to the rules set out below.

3. The competition is not open to the following people:
    3.1. Directors, members, partners, agents, employees or consultants of MultiChoice and its subsidiaries.

    3.2. The spouse, life partner, parent, child, brother, sister, business partner or associate of any of the persons specified in 3.1 above.

4. Only one entry per person.

5. This competition is only open to South African residents residing in South Africa.

6. Data charges may apply when using the website or mobile website.

7. The competition closes at 12 noon on 30 January 2008.

8. Prize winners will be drawn randomly after the closing date.

9. Each of the two prize winners will receive a HD PVR Decoder.

10. The prize does not include installation or subscription.

11. Prize winners will be notified telephonically. MultiChoice will deliver prizes to winners.

12. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be deferred or exchanged for cash.

13. Winners may be required to appear on television or radio, or in printed publications, for which no fee will be payable.

14. Entrants enter into the competition, and use prizes won, at their own risk. MultiChoice SMS cannot be held responsible for any accident, injury, harm or loss as a result of entry into the competition or use of a prize.

15. MultiChoice SMS reserve the right to cancel the competition without notice at any time, if deemed necessary in their opinion, or if circumstances arise outside of their control. In the event of such cancellation, all participants agree to waive any rights that they may have in terms of this competition and acknowledge that they have no recourse against MultiChoice SMS, their employees, agents, partners, sponsors or promoters.

16. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

17. Winners of previous competitions are not eligible for entry into a DStv competition for a period a 6 months.
